HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

Most of our products are unique and made to order, such as personalized blankets. Therefore, the fulfilment time includes both the production time and the shipping time. Barring extraneous factors, the production time is generally 1-3 business days. The shipping duration within the continental US is usually 3-5 business days. For international shipments, the delivery time varies between 10-14 days.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is not delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

HOW CAN I CHANGE SPECIFICATION/ DELIVERY ADDRESS/ RECIPIENT FOR MY EXISTING ORDER?

We are trying to ship the items the soonest, so for any changes like:

  • Change of address or personal information
  • Change of specifications like product, size, color

NOTE: Product, delivery addresses and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers.

WILL I RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
We will also send email to keep you updated frequently on your order status.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Domestic US: $5.99 1st item + $1.99 each additional item.
  • International: $10.99 1st item + $3.00 for each additional item in the order to anywhere outside of the US.

– All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. We ship all of our orders in Domestic through UPS & USPS or DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the total price of your order. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
– Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page. Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in the checkout before the final payment step.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY EXISTING ORDER?

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges may be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund. After that date, item will be produced and we can’t support any further.
Note: We do not accept reason such as.. (“I’ve bought the wrong item”), (“I’ve found it cheaper elsewhere”), (“I’ve changed my mind and decided not to get this”), (“I wanted to give as a gift but I’ve found out my friend actually already gotten one”), (“I’ve bought this by accident”) or other similar reasons.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping notification email, along with a shipment tracking number, once your order is ready to be shipped. For print-on-demand products, like customized blankets, this is usually after 5 -7 working days since placing the order.

The tracking details would be updated with the respective shipping partner within 48 hours of you receiving the email.

MY TRACKING DATA IS NOT UPDATED YET, EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED THE TRACKING NUMBER. WHY?

As mentioned above, the tracking data is updated within 1-2 days of you receiving the email with tracking number. For orders within the US, that’s typically 7 days after order processing.

For international orders, it may take up to 10 days for the tracking data to be updated after order processing.

WILL THERE BE ANY DELAYS IN MY ORDER’S DELIVERY?

At Regalshirt, we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Therefore, we have made suitable arrangements to deliver all orders on time. However, there may be some delays in order fulfilment due to Force Majeure that are beyond our control. Here are some factors that may cause delays:

  • Holidays

High volume of orders during the US and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, can lead to production delays.

  • International Orders

While we can ensure prompt production and shipping from our end, we do not have control over local government regulations. If your order is subjected to customs processes, it may encounter a slight delay, which can extend the fulfilment time.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS TO MY LOCATION?

You can get the details of shipping costs to your location in Secure Checkout. Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to Shipping Method. The shipping cost will be automatically reflected in your cart and added to the subtotal.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR DUTIES ON MY PURCHASE?

If your shipping address is outside the US, then you may be charged import duties, taxes, and customs. However, these are not included in the price when you make the purchase with us. These charges vary from one country to another and is the buyer’s responsibility to get in touch with their customs office and get clarification on these additional costs, which may be levied on you when receiving the delivery.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We always make it a point to ship all orders on priority so that they reach you on time – even print-on-demand products like custom blankets. However, we urge you to place your orders at least 30 days before the gifting occasion, be it a Mother’s Day gift, Father’s Day gift, or other gift.

If your product has not arrived in time, please verify with your nearest post office once. In most cases, the shipment is sitting there due to missed deliveries.
