BELOW IS FEW REASON YOU CAN’T RETURN YOUR ITEM OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

+ You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of t-shirt .
+ Your order was placed 12 hours ago.
+ The image quality in t-shirt is considered good.
* NOTE: The Process Of Operating System:
+ Step 1 : Customer place order
+ Step 2 : Our process order and printing ( 1 – 5 business days )
+ Step 3 : Packing goods and delivery for customer by UPS, USPS, DHL… ( 4 – 7 business days )
After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund. If your order has been over 12 hours we can’t help you cancel your order because your item was finished . But You can email for us . If it still processing we will cancel for you . Please sympathize with us for this inconvenience. It is difficult to sell to someone who has the right choice. Any excuse from us, we will make you another one. We always want to bring you the best products, the cheapest with the fastest delivery time. Hope to receiving your sympathy and support in the future.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to be carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

+ Other mistakes caused by us…

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. Regalshirt will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds Policy

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product
